Webmail Setup using Internet Browser

This way gives you a desktop icon you can use to get your webmail. Here Internet Explorer is used as an example browser, since it is the most popular one.

  1. In your web browser enter your web address, typing at the end "/cpanel"
  2. Click the "Go" button to access the server control panel
  3. You will need to type in your account name and password
  4. Click on the "Webmail" icon and then choose one of the webmail programs
  5. You can then add this page to your favourites in the web browser
  6. Alternatively, right click on the item you just added, then "send to desktop - create shortcut"

Note that when you try to access the webmai program directly, it takes you to a page that says "Error" in large letters, don't worry but just click on the link to visit a login page. This is the fastest way of accessing the webmail program of your choice using an internet browser.
