Spam Filtering using Internet Browser
If you are getting lots of spam from your website, and it's sent to various non existent usernames within your domain eg. "user@yourdomain.co.uk", "sales@yourdomain.co.uk". There are two things you can do:
Configure webmail account
- Go to "your webaddress/cpanel" via your web browser
- Click on the "Mail" icon
- Click "Manage/Add/Remove accounts"
- Click "Add Account"
- Type in the name of your webmail account
- Click "create"
- Keep going back until you have found "Mail Manager Main Menu"
- Click "Default Address"
- Choose from the options suggested
